OUT OF FOIE BUT WE GOT THE GREEK!

Bummer, so our supplier is out of Duck Foie Gras sausage for this Saturday's special.  But with one calamity there is always another opportunity and I have the perfect fill-in.  On my recent visit back to Chicago I alway visit my favorite butcher Paulina Market and brought back some of those awesome Lamb Sausages.  These babies are well over a 1/4 pound which we grill them up, add our own Tzatziki sauce, onion, lettuce and tomato... OPA! we have Gyros Dog!  I only managed to bring in 18, make that 17 (had to eat one of course) so better get there early.
