EVEN LATER BREAKING NEWZ

You may have heard whispers of the secrecy surrounding Oct 7th's benefit dinner for Lanikila's The Good Table.  We had orchestrated a provocative12-courses progressive cuisine dinner based on the human sensual emotions.  Eight lucky people indulged in a rare dining experience for this island, it was if I may say so, amazing!  Here is the menu with some outstanding images caught by Martha Cheng's camera that was following the action that evening.

PRIMAL
served outside on granite slab, a release of inhibition

Soft Steamy, fresh brioche filled with foie gras,baked in staub pot with orange peel, bay laurel and ginger.  Opened in front of guest

Butter Poached Black Cod, simple delicate soy nage poured tableside

Liquid Carrot-Mango-Ginger Sphere explosion
Blindfolded guest served liquid filled globe followed by explosion of flavor
