So as a nice followup to our Desperato Dog a couple of weeks ago, it appears that we were on the right track with the latest press on Sonoran Hot Dogs out of the Southwest. Check out:

Bacon, hell why didn't I think of that? Bacon makes everything taste better so let's jump in and do it! (it'll make Carolyn and Scott happy anyway). Our version, hmmm....

OK, this Monday take our deep fried bacon wrapped Fat Boy, douse it with some of our homemade chili, throw on onions, tomatoes, mayo, mustard and finally a few grilled sport hot peppers. Booooy, save me one!
