Just back from a trip to Chicago where European sausage makers thrive, I return with TURDUCKEN from the well known butchery Paulina Market.

A blend of turkey, duck and chicken this is a take off of the rolled poultry delight of the same name.  We'll be grilled this monstrosities (quarter pound or mor
e), splash on an orange marmalade mustard and smother it with grilled onions and roasted red peppers.  I only have a dozen of these babies so need I say more?  Get your butt down to hank's fast brother!!!
