Well, the month of May marks the obscure start date of Bratwurst season in the Midwest.  Famous for their tailgating festivities who am I to argue?  So in honor of this, Monday we'll grill up some special Brats I brought back from my last trip to Chicago.  Everyone has their own favorite condiments but I’ll suggest brown mustard, grilled onion and sauerkraut.  Let the games begin folks!
