SUBS AHOY!

Another thing that I have been missing here in Hawaii is a quality submarine sandwich. So as not to let any of my food desires go unattended to, Monday will be my day in heaven. I'll emulate one of my favorite styles of subs from Potbelly in Chicago. I've been eating them since the seventies and hooked a great many chefs on them too.  We'll make a toasted turkey, ham, salami and cheese sub with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomato and herb-seasoned oil.  Come on down and dive into one!
