ANTHONY BOURDAIN, ALAN WONG and.... Hank?

So how does this hot dog guy fit into the picture.  Well, I just guess it's all about good things and I know a good thing when I eat one.  Alan Wong is a great chef and friend so when he asked me to participate along with another good friend and local writer Jo McGarry in a special No Reservations segment called Food Porn,  I of course happily obliged.  Lusty food, it's right up my alley!  So catch the show this coming Monday, see if I get my 15 seconds of fame but regardless it should be good fun.

Well, so much for my... 1 second of fame. With TV productions one never knows if you're going to end up on he editing floor. I think with me, they forgot to flush. Hey, it was a great show, loads of cool food and some of the best chefs around. It was fun to do the shoot and you know that lobster dish, well, it was yummy... oh I mean succulently sensual!

It was indeed a cool show. The sea urchin and caviar capellini was one of the most memorable dishes I have ever had from Le Bernadin. I remember being 18 years old and tasting this, sitting next to Maguy La Coze, asking for more bread to get all sauce. Indeed a special moment.

That dish had me drooling as well as Brennan's soft boiled egg with cheese sauce, damn sexy food porn for sure. Oh and Muguy, she's hot, you lucky bastard!
